Refunds
All sales are final! We will exchange items that are the wrong size or damaged items. If any of these apply, please get in touch with us within 28 days of the purchase at kadircreations@gmail.com with photos of faulty/damaged items, and we will sort that out for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products, special orders,
or personalized items. Please get in
touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific article.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store in the product description section. Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that is the case, please let us know at kadircreations@gmail.com within 28 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new one or issue a refund! We offer refunds for unwashed, unworn, and undamaged items only.
